Thanks for the PCB, sirmorris!
I've started development of my own expansion cart for the Sord M5, step one complete: running a game on my experiment deck.

Cool. I usually buy components from futurlec, they have these PIC32-chips:

Yeah, galax is a great game on the Sord M5.
I'd be happy to help program anything you need.
I'm not familiar with PIC321MX, is that the real name?
I've programmed a PIC18F4550 and got it to connect with my PC via USB, I was planning to use that one.

I think it's great that you had RAM in there, didn't actually know that when I bought it.
Saves me from having to use my almost new boxed EM-5 32 kB expansion cart (only been removed from the box to be photographed once).
And btw, the Mahjong-game cart has RAM too.

I don't know how your cart is made, there's no processor on the board? You shouldn't be forced to have a minimum image size.

I'm actually planning a multicart of my own, but with a few more features.
Since I'm making games for the Sord M5, the first priority is to have a USB-connection to my PC so I can cross-assemble and run easily.
Also, a feature I really want is to have a mouse.

Uploaded a new version of Mahjong patched for MESS, it was unplayable because of a undocumented feature in Sord M5 which isn't emulated correctly in MESS.

I'd be happy to buy that stuff from you. Pictures would be nice of all the games (just one overview picture).

No component-video? My Samsung N501 has component-video, which makes it easy to run on modern TVs, even though it's an NTSC machine.

Is it ok to attach the roms here?

The Adidas Lucky Shoot is very rare, I have never seen it before, I doubt I will ever find another.

My cable to dump the roms was very easy, I just made the matching connections from a socket for a 27C64 ROM to the cartridge port on the Sord M5.
You just need the pinouts. The pinout of the Sord M5 cartridge port is here: http://nevyn.organ.su.se/tbc/Computers/sordm5_cartridge_connector.php
The ROM here: http://www.chinaicmart.com/uploadfile/ic-data/2009324145726798.jpg
I've attached a picture of my dumping cable. I just put the socket in my eprom reader and a cartridge in the connector on my cable.
