You might regret saying that Stefan . . . ;)

Andy

LOL no really, I live fairly local (Melton), and now that the kids have all flown the nest (last of em this year) have more time to play with.

Will be a pleasure.

Cheers

Hi Andy

Please let me know if you need a hand with the move, I can spare a few evenings\weekends if that helps.

Cheers

Welcome . . . was it yourself (and your wife) who visited yesterday?
Great to meet you! :)

Hi Andy

Aye, it myself and the better half, she enjoyed a quick stint on the tennis game particularly when beating me  ;D

We had a very enjoyable visit, pity we had to shoot off, would have loved to stay longer and explore.

Hope you don't mind me saying, the museum seems like a good place to hang out, chat, play a few games and maybe help out. Have you considered perhaps a yearly membership for people like myself who would like to pop along the odd Sunday afternoon ?

Cheers

Hi All

My name is Stefan, live in Melton Mowbray, my first computer was an Oric1 and then the Oric Atmos. This was followed with Amstrad CPC 464 (green screen), then Amstrad 6128, Amiga 600 and finally before moving to PCs an Amiga 1200 with 20 meg hard drive.

I mostly used these machines for programming and playing the odd game.

Recently started my own small collection of retro machines, nothing much, just few of the most popular.

These days outside of work, I spend what little time I get managing my Linux media server (MythTV) and front ends, currently PI B+ with Kodi. I also like to program using Perl, C and VB.NET.

Cheers
