Thanks for the warm welcome, Andy.  Nice to know (as I'm finding more and more often now) that I'm not alone in my obsession with retro-technology.  Needless to say if I ever DO win the Lottery, you'll have massive premises for your museum, endless supplies of outdated systems and limitless advertising.

Until then however, you have my spiritual support and gratitude if nothing else!

See you in May.  :)

Hiya - I'm Phil, I'm 35, married with 4 gorgeous kids and living in Redhill, England.  I had a Commodore 64 from about the age of 9 and eventually went through 4 of them before the last one packed up when I was in my early twenties.  I discovered the VICE emulator about 8 or 9 years ago and quickly got back into my element, then stumbled (extremely happily) upon Slay Radio and the Remix scene at RKO shortly after.

I have been totally addicted to Anna Black's 'Anorak' show on Slay Radio for a couple of years now, and have arrived at the Retro Computer Museum from the Facebook links I've aquired through the IRC on Slay.

I will definitely be attending both days of the Weekender in May, and I can't wait.  My technical knowledge may be limited, but my enthusiasm knows no bounds, believe me - it drives the wife mad!  :o

I'm glad to be here and wish you all a hearty 'EVENIN'...  :D
