Those are cool - they remind me of the Fail Toys series on Youtube:

WARNING! The following links may be unsuitable for work...

Dora the Explorer Aqua Pet
Punisher Shape Shifter
Snow White Pez Dispenser

There are loads more, but these are the best.

OFF TOPIC / Grandstand Light Games Projection System
« on: August 23, 2011, 08:54:19 PM »
I wasn't sure where to put this, as I'm not selling it and I'm not after one, so the For Sale / Wanted section seemed inappropriate, but I may be wrong.

Anyway, I have recently come across a Grandstand Light Games Projection System on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Grandstand-Light-Games-projection-system-w-4-games-/270803424043?pt=Video_Games&hash=item3f0d24532b#ht_1939wt_932

The current price is a bit steep at $169, or roughly £102, but I think it looks interesting. If a cheaper one came up I'd get it.

Apparently there was also a version of this sold in Italy called the "Mega Video Game", according to my sources.

I saw one on sale in Doncaster Town Centre for £10 in a second hand shop on Monday.

I can also repair them if needed, but the parts can be expensive. What was broken?

I'm with XILO at the moment. The package I've got allows me to run up to 2 seperate domain names with seperate content, or multiple "parked" domain names each with the same content as the primary domain name.

For me hosting is just under £40 for a year, with 2GB of space, PHP functionality and 5 SQL databases, amongst other features.

My .co.uk domain name costs me £10 for 2 years.

I've had some downtime issues with them, but they've totalled a week in 4 years, which is better than any of my previous providers.

If you like these photos, please save your own copy.

No thanks. Most of the articles were unrecognisably caked in mud, but of the few I could make out from behind the dirt, it brought a tear to my eye.

Ozzy Osbourne - "My Little Man" (he wrote it about his son Jack when he was very young, I apply these lyrics to my own son)

Don't you know I love you more than life itself,
Don't you know that you're my pride
And I would not have you walking through this world.
Without me by your side

Go to sleep my little man
Don't you weep my little man

I'd like to keep you with me all your life,
But I know I can't do that
So I must try to teach you wrong from right,
To keep the vulture from your back

Go to sleep my little man
Don't you weep my little man

And when you're dreaming you can talk to angels,
So wipe the tears from your eyes
And if there's demons that try to steal you breath away.
You can't believe that, know my spirit will be standing by your side

You saved me, you gave me, the greatest gift of all
Believe me, believe, there ain't no mountain that's too tall

I will gladly carry your cross for you,
To take your pain away
But what I can't carry is my love for you,
Beyond my dying day

So be strong my little man
When I'm gone my little man
You got to be my little man
So don't you weep my little man
Go to sleep my little man
Don't you weep my little man
You got to be my little man
So don't you weep my little man

Sarah Jessica Parker walks into a bar, and the barman says:

"Weren't you in here just a few minutes ago?"

To which Parker replies:

"Nay."

I have opened a download page - there are currently 3 colours to choose from, and I'll be making more in the next few days, so if anyone is after this for their own site, keep your eyes peeled.

Full information and the downloads can be found at http://barcodebattler.co.uk/jukebox/index.html

Behold, it is done.

I removed the download from this thread, as I plan to maintain various versions in a range of colours and the version I had posted here is already out-dated.

I have sent Andy a special version for the RCM web-site. Looks like you're getting excited about what you'll be playing through it. I can't wait :)

The simple to implement buttons are working - just the Pause and Shuffle buttons to fix.

I might add a Mute button, but I can't think why anyone would want to use that. ;D
