your latest Retro computer purchases

Got a thread like this over at Atariage, it keeps on running. Great place to show off your new toys.
This week I have mostly been buying the most hideous compy pro joystick I have ever seen

and a Sony CRT broadcast quality monitor that does all the PALs, NTSC and SECAM, not bad for 99p and £8.15 postage
These things are badass and built like tanks, this 19" one is 35kg!!!

Wow, great monitor 8).  I've been on the lookout for a Sony PVM.

My most recent purchases are:
  • BBC Master 128
  • Acorn Archimedes A3010 (I know I already have one, but I like these :))
  • CTX Maxiputer integrated all-in-one Monitor/PC (well, this was actually a freebie)
  • Via Epia C3 motherboard with onboard CF card reader (bootable), 3.5" and 2.5" IDE controller and "disk on chip"
  • BBC Micro model B (got this about a week and a half ago)
So, quite a bit has been added to the collection :)

GRiDPad 1910
BBC Master
Acorn A3020

Those 3 machines cost me £30 in total. Also been given/swap an accelerator card for my Amiga 1200.

Getting a 6502 Tube CPU for the beeb next weekend, and a very old Toshiba portable.

My latest system purchases are:

Asian Megadrive, boxed with 9 games for about £25 - this is one of those system that looks like a Japanese MD but outputs a PAL 50Hz picture...  ???

Sega SG-1000 II, boxed, plus a bunch of games and the Card Catcher unit. The system itself cost under £40 which was a steal!  ;D

Epoch TV-Vader, boxed - this is a dedicated Japanese Space Invaders console, similar to our dedicated Pong consoles that we had inn the late 70's. Cost about £35. Here's a pic (not of mine though!)

Not specifically a purchase, but a faulty CBM 1541 disk drive from Witchfinder.

Will be using the case to set up either a retro look home NAS server via Freenas - http://www.freenas.org/ or ITX based PC for my emulator collection similar to this one - http://www.mini-itx.com/projects/c1541/

Not sure which yet.

I have the same board as AndyT has, and plan to do a similar idea to Stiggy (have it as a NAS)
