Not really retro but I bought a VGA box for £20 on the retrogamer forum. Tested it out today on my TFT monitor and it worked perfect with the Atari ST, Snes and Mega Drive. Will test out some other consoles and computers over the weekend.

Very pleased  :)

Its great. Well worth £20 as it works on most consoles so it saves space aswell. £5 for a +3 is good, spend another £5 and buy a memory card adapter for it  ;)

Yep! I like the whole experience of tape loading, but have got 300+ tapes and so to have them all on one SD is ideal. (And less faff) Guaranteed to load every time. No mis-aligned heads etc. Plus you can get some TAPs off the net for games I don't have ;) . And you can use it to dump perfect copies, so will be using that to dump some old old tapes.

Will be bringing it to the Weekender if you want to have a play then.

Next I want a 1541 Ultimate!

Yep, certainly is a sweet bit of kit. New tech for old tech rocks! Got one on pre-order but not paid yet, as won't be in the next batch that he's doing - seen he's got a problem getting the FPGAs and certainly won't be in the first 80 or so that he's recently received.
