To be honest, it'll end up at RCM so everyone wins!

Not jealous at all NO NO NO.

When I was 7 and I got my ZX Spectrum+ and inherited a number of speccy games, the Imagine software ones had an advert for the Fuller box attached to the inlays. The promises of speech and decent sound made me want one.... thats want in the throwing-a-tantrum-coz-your-mother-refuses-to-buy-you-one kind of want.

Just got 2 x SAM Coupe delivered.

One is a launch model - (c) 1989 with only 256K and comed boxed and complete and show no sign of aging at all (and it works which is a bonus)

The other was a launch model, is in "used" condition - has been upgraded to the bug fixed BIOS "(c) 1990", only has 256K and has a disk drive (entire unit sold as faulty). Is now fully working minus a few keys not responding (SAM Membrane needed). Interesting point to note - the original SAMDrive is a 3.5" belt driven floppy - the Amstrad/+3 drive belts fit perfectly  ;D

Off to calculate when funds will let me but a membrane (and a 256K upgrade).
