Well, as we now have our mini event out of the way, it is time to look forward to our next event in November.
The venue and ticket prices will all remain the same as our May event.
The layout will change somewhat however, we have already spoken to Akastaff (Clive) who has already helped us out at our mini event by supplying us with 4 arcade cabs and further to this will again be supplying us with several more in November.
We will also be using a few more tables than last time too as we did actually run out of room to put several more systems on display in May. Further details will follow shortly. Tickets will be available to buy from 1st September.
If you would like to announce the event elsewhere please do let us know and try not to upset anybody who already has events 'on the go'.

Based on feedback just received (thanks for that!) . . .
Silly me (Andy) forgot that some of our members have never been to one of our events so . . .  here are the basic details for you.

Venue is:-
The Institute, Main Street, Swannington, Coalville LE67 8QL
Date and Time:-
Sunday 15th November 2009 from 10.30am - 5.00pm
Ticket Prices:-
£4.50 for adults, £1.00 for children for pre-ticket sales
£6.00 for adults, £1.00 for children on the day ticket sales.

Tickets can be purchased either by clicking on our donate button on the front page of this website, which will in turn take you to our paypal account or on the day at the venue (at the higher cost). If you wish to pay by other means please send either myself or Linda a PM! The closing date for pre-ticket sales will be the end of October. We will send out the purchased tickets two weeks before the event.

If anybody needs any more information please do not hesitate to ask! Please do not purchase tickets yet, opening day for ticket sales is 1st September.

Andy

I'll be there (as always)
I know it's already been asked, but let me know when the banner is ready, and I'll do my usual 'stick it in my sig' thing along with the mandatory post that I do on nearly every retro forum there is :)

Is it also possible to buy tickets at Retro Reunited (would save on Paypal Fees)?

I have placed an sticky announcement in Events on YakYak.

I have also noticed there is no post about this on the RetroGamer forums yet.

Is anyone staying up the night before? I just wondered if there was gonna be any meetups (CURRY!) the night before, or perhaps anyone would be interested in going for a meal or hanging out a bit longer after the event?
