Hi Woody.

Im also a big CPC fan. Unfortunatly, my 6128 has just died. Still have my 464 and 6128+ which also needs repairing and a PSU
There's an ebay shop (called the Sinclair Shop) and they do sell PSUs for Amstrad CPC as well as SCART cables (but unfortunately no CPC Plus - just old CPC 464, 664 and 6128) - but the PSU is the same on both original CPC and CPC Plus models.
What's up with your CPC6128? I have a CPC6128 which was 100% mint and fully working until recently ..... the Monitor connector is dodgy (and sometimes loses green or blue) so I'm looking for another CPC6128 for spares.

Looks like a RAM issue on mine. Wont start, just a grey screen. ROMs and all socketed chips have been swapped out.

I make my own cables, but i have use the Sinclair shop for edge connectors etc for spectrums. I have a 8 pin DIN plug sitting here to make a RGB cable for the 6128+

You could replace the 5 pin RGB socket on your CPC. Ive done it before. Its quite an easy job.

Yeah! I might try that.

If you manage to successfully make a RGB SCART for your CPC 6128+, can you make me one? (I'll pay you for it) as I have a CPC464+ fully working, but only a B&W monitor for it!

Rafiki (Jamie),
Welcome to the site. Hope you like what we are doing and not been bullied into coming on here!  :'(
You might want to check out one of my favourite sites . . . www.dbfinteractive.com - the coders on there are amazing!
It is run by one of my friends (Shockwave) and it really is a friendly coding site!
I recommend it to anybody who has the slightest interest in code!
