Fixing the pins on a PS2 pad
« on: September 09, 2010, 11:12:39 AM »
One of the pins on my NeoGeo PS2 pad has gone into the connector.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Or get the connector open?
If it was a normal pad id throw it

sounds like you might need to take the cable off and wire a new one in from either another controller or an extension lead. At the controller end, not the connector end. It's not as hard as it sounds...

I broke that thing open like a rusted old padlock and moved the pins forward then attached it to a extension cable.
It works great again
