Atari 2600 Power supply

If I have read correctly an Atari 2600 needs 9vDC power...would this be ok to use ???

Got that one myself, although it was a bit cheaper in Argos.
It will work but its not very good for the 2600 (woody one anyway) as the pin has a 90 degree angle on it and keeps dropping out. I found the power supply from a zx81 works perfect though

It's not for me...a friend at work has asked me about it as they can't find the power supply from their 2600

those are pretty good power supplies, I have a few of an older design of them from argos, they work on most things I throw them at, so must be a fairly smooth output. Unlike a lot of the super cheapies.
