Of course the true path of development never runs smooth :D

The V2 prototype shewn here was the upgrade after the initial hack. Unfortunately it's not working yet. It's not far off, and when it does (when the new CPLDs arrive on Tuesday) then things should happen quite quickly.

I can read and write to SD cards, and the einstein/pic interface is working. I did some work on the PIC command processor last night and I have some einstein code to test it all out. I just need to bring it all together.

I'm posting occasional updates here

Pretty sure there's already an SDcard interface for the MSX machines (the name sunrise has appeared in my head) but they're difficult to obtain.

Exactly, the sunrise has been around for ages but is almost impossible to get.

Cheers  ;D

I'm starting to wonder if making boards is viable. I know there's a market for maybe 10 or so - but more than that? It's a question of economy really, if I'm making boards then I need to make at least 20 for it to be affordable... Thoughts?

Ah right - I get you now. Yep, someone should definitely produce another one and make it available somewhere we can actually find.
