I still haven't seen The Shining, which I've been meaning to get hold of for donkey's years! :(
It's on the TCM movie channel at least once a week if you have Sky... :)

Don't have Sky, but I believe it might well be on BT Vision at the moment (which we do have) so I might try and catch it over the weekend.

What's BT Vision like .... any good?
Also, being a BT worker, do you get discount? :D

I beleive you need BT Broadband to make use of the online aspects of BT Vision.

BT Vision is perfect for people like me who don't want to fork out so much for Sky. You get all the Freeview channels and all the features of the Sky+ box. AndyT is right though, you need BT broadband to get access to all the On Demand stuff.

Unfortunately I can't get a discount for anyone :( I got BT Vision for free (mainly because I was on the trials before it was released to the public), but I have to pay for all the On Demand stuff just like everyone else ;)

Have you seen Quarantine? That's a little disturbing too!  :'(

I saw it yesterday and I loved it :) Though watching with a hangover isnt a good idea with all the shakey camera angles ;D

I really like survival horrors other than slasher flicks, especially British survival horrors like The Descent.

Also, psychological horrors are pretty good, the Asians do them really well.  Check out R-Point, a Korean film.

Finally, I can't watch Event Horizon alone.  I love it to bits but the whole "eye" thing gets to me.

If you mean horrible as in terrible though, then the most shocking film I've seen recently was Crank 2: High Voltage, which is the only film I have ever walked out on.  Although Spirit Trap comes a close second (stars Billie Piper, need I say more).

Lol! I watched Crank 2 as well - it is awful in places! but funny in others! Weird film!

Event Horizon is a great film.

Planet Terror is my favourite atm, how they got the actors to agree to it is amazing, sooo funny.

Looking forward to Tokyo Gore Police next ....... will be very ... erm ... wierd!
