For Sale : 10 * RM Nimbus 186/286 PCs
« on: June 02, 2009, 11:26:48 AM »
Hi,

I have located a source of old ex-education RM Nimbus PCs.

All are network boot models. Some are 186, some are 286.

Only downside is that they have used that kind of dot matrix style asset tags that etch into the case of the top and the front. These will be removed, but will leave some scaring on the cases. They dont come with keyboards, mice or monitors.

£25 each. Collection only.

Contact me for more details.

I want one please (maybe two)
Is it possible to hook up a VGA monitor? or some other kind of monitor?
Also, I assume the keyboard is an AT/XT keyboard !?! (I think they are an XT keyboard)

If Thursday collection is OK with you, jimbob, then I'm happy for you to drop them off to me.
I can also lend you a SNES to try Blackpanther's 'repaired' Wildcard on as well, if you want.
(I've got two SNES's so can lose one for a few weeks)
