Exactly as the title says.....

For me it must be Super Play - SNES goodness, lots of import news (no internet in them days!!) Manga, Japan stuff :)

Loved the artwork too

ZZAP and Crash, still get a warm glow when reading them, also Retro Gamer kinda captures that era very well for a modern mag...really enjoyable...

Crash for me too, great content aside I also loved those fantastic Oli Frey covers. I would also get Computer and Video Games alongside it every month.

Your Sinclair and CU Amiga were other regular buys for me.

I also used to get a weekly games magazine back in the early 80's but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called.

Used to buy that same one (well, it was probably the only weekly one at the time).  A mixture of news and type-in listings from what I remember.

No, it wasn't New Computer Express.

I've just done a bit of googling and found that it was Home Computing Weekly, I even found a couple of cover scans that I remembered, including the short run they did with scantily clad ladies holding computers that almost caused my dad to cancel the sub from the local newsagent  ;D.

C64 vs Speccy

LOL I hope they've removed half the ram and the SID chip from the C64 to even up the competition

(waits for it.....)

I used to get Amstrad Action. Always had great cover tapes and type-ins.
