FOR SALE / WANTED / Wanted: Commodore 1351 mouse.
« on: August 30, 2011, 07:41:17 PM »
Hi I am after a Commodore 1351 mouse for use with my MSSIAH setup, as using a Amiga mouse, which does not support right mouse click with the C64 so makes using MSSIAH a little quirky. I have looked on Ebay but can't find any and just wondered if anyone got a spare? Cheers.

Over the years I have been tracing my old demos for the Commodore 64, by the FLAT3 HACKERS.

I have managed to get alot of the demos, but a few are still missing.

One demo I am after, is all the Music from the last Ninja in a one load demo, (That took some doing, we spent a whole weekend playing each level and hacking the music, then coding a routine to "Shift" the music code around in memory when you played a different track, and a crunch routine to get all the music in memory at once - phew)

Anther notable missing one is a demo with the witch sprites from cauldron in full screen animating, (including borders, with music think there was 48 sprites) - cant remember the track, but can visualise the demo.

We always put the files on disk in this format... FILENAME/FLAT3 to make finding them easier, was just wondering if any of you have any of these demos? There were a few good ones in the Derbyshire RAM collection, as he collected all our demos, so hopefully the demo's I am after will surface when the rest of the disks are released.

Will quite hapily supply people with all the collecton I have, are great reading the scrolly messages, takes me right back, and some great sarcasm, and ribbing in the messages! lol and of course some great music, from Hubbard, Daglish, Galway, Grey, Whittaker, etc, etc.

All the breasts

Since I got my reconditioned Tatung Einstien keyboard, I now have a spare set of keys for the Einstien, all in good condion, clean and tidy,  and free to anyone who wants them. (Just pay postage)

They are not heavy, and wil just pop back onto a einstien keyboard assembly, May be useful to someone.

FOR SALE / WANTED / BBC micro help?
« on: November 03, 2010, 10:44:17 AM »
HIya gang,

Couple of questions : My BBC micro now refuses to swich on, just contant beep and white screen. I beleive its a power pack failure as it started to smell last time i used it. (Phu tells me a transistor burns out after about 30 years) Anyhow my question is has anyone got a spare power pack i could purchase? to see if that will resurect the machine, or has anyone got a spare BBC micro i could buy? I miss this machine is one of my fav's especially playing Elite and Frak!

Also ROM help : My BBC when/if i resurect it, has some extra roms fitted, how does one access these ROMS? is there a special command you have to type in? and is there a way of doing a ROM directory to see actually which ones I have installed?

Any help appreciated

HI Guys,

Hoping some techy bod can help with this little problem.

I have a lovelly Amiga 1200 that works a treat, but when its booting from the HD, a annoying dialog window appears half way through boot saying someing like "cant load audio" - (I can cancel and the 1200 boots fine), I realise something is lost in the startup file?

Can someone give me a pointer how to edit the startup file? so I remove the conflicting file its trying to load? Is it similar to a autoexec file on a PC?

Scuse my lameness, wasn't to crash hot with amiga dos.

Thank you
