Linda, Andy, do you have a 16k Spectrum in good condition? I'd also like Jet Pac too. Happy to discuss a price with you.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Unfortunately Greg we don't at the moment.

Virgin money need to do some checks on RCM before our page can go live.

RCM ANNOUNCEMENTS / Re: Charity Giving Website Suspended
« on: July 16, 2013, 11:09:46 AM »
We  looked  at other donation websites and the only other one that we were considering was Virgin Money Giving, but they wanted a £120 set up fee, which at the time we could not afford. Not sure whether to go with them once this mess has been sorted out, or stick with charity giving and hope this does not happen again.

RCM ANNOUNCEMENTS / Charity Giving Website Suspended
« on: July 14, 2013, 10:57:31 AM »
We have been advised that the Charity Giving Website has been suspended pending investigation into the Trustees. Further information can be found in  the article below.

We are therefore asking all subscribers who had regular payments sent up to please revert back to d/d or s/o until we know how this affects us.
Bank details are  - HSBC, Sort Code  - 40-18-01,  Account Number - 41476475 if needed.

As you can imagine this will have a serious affect on our cashflow as the payments made via Charity Giving were always paid  in arrears in monthly blocks. We are still awaiting May's donations, which should have been received 5th July.

Our next quarter's rent is due 22nd August so we are going to have to work hard to ensure we can cover this.

RCM ANNOUNCEMENTS / Re: Stamps . . .
« on: July 03, 2013, 05:45:35 PM »
For those  of you who are collecting stamps for our fundraising, they can now be sent direct to the organisation who are dealing with this fundraising.

The address to send them direct is :-

Retro Computer Museum
Used Stamp Appeal
Fords Farm
NR29 4EP

(You must put Retro Computer Museum on the first line, then they know who to credit the stamps to).

You can still  sent to the stamps to RCM HQ too.

RCM will be in attendance at Superbyte 2013 which is being held in Manchester.
More details to follow nearer the time.

RCM ANNOUNCEMENTS / Non Active Members
« on: May 02, 2013, 04:32:26 PM »
We have a large number of members that have registered for our forums and then never been active in any way, shape or form. Within the next week if any accounts remain inactive they will be deleted from our database.
This may seem a bit harsh, but what is the point of registering if you do not plan on participating or even logging on to see what is going on.
Anyone who has posted  on the forums is safe, as are those of you who log in and out but don't post.
This exercise is purely to eliminate those who for whatever reason are not interested in what is going on at RCM
