FOR SALE / WANTED / Re: FOR SALE by RCM on behalf of a 3rd PARTY . . .

Cheers Andy. That's a good price for the PCE if it was working :(

Don't mind paying that sort of money with free postage. Just that a lot that come up for sale usually have expensive shipping from Japan.

Need to find a unit that I can run from composite which rules out the original white one unless I start modding it so looking for coregrafx :D

No problem with the C64. Local guy has a few working ones so I'll take a trip and have a look. Thanks again :D

yeah, C64 and possibly a 128k Spectrum of some kind. And a PC Engine but pigs will fly before I find one for a decent price.

Any of these still for sale or have they all gone? Not sure if the thread is being updated as stuff gets sold or not :)

I'm on the hunt for a C64 and theres a guy on ebay not far from me that has a few units for £30 without power supplies, but have been tested working. Question is are power supplies easy to get hold of or is it even possible to buy third party psus or build them?

Or should I just pay the extra £40 for a C64 that comes complete? Is an old original PSU even going to be reliable?

Shame it isn't bluetooth so it could be used with Android tablets.

I'm perfectly happy with my PC - which plays modern & retro games, my Xbox 360 and one of those Android-based things. Probably the GameStick.

I'm not paying £330 or £430 for a console.

Looks like the seller tried to flog this back in December for much less.

The Video Game Authority grade is meaningless in my opinion and a huge rip off.

It would make a useful door stop  ;D

Great little systems. If OS X isn't to your fancy there are many modern Linux distributions that will run on it :D

I'd like to be there please :D
