« on: November 08, 2009, 09:24:15 AM »
I wonder what food & drink is at the open day?
I loved the chilli on the last open day & hoping it will be there again.

We will be doing  - Jacket potatoes with the following toppings - Beans, Cheese, Chilli or Chicken Curry
                       - Individual Quiches - Cheese and Leek or Cheese and Bacon
                       - Cakes - Chocolate, Chocolate and Orange or Lemon
                       - Chocolate Muffins (requested by StarshipUK!)
                       - Crisps
                       - Chocolate Bars
Drinks will consist of Tea or Coffee ( regular and decaff)
Cans of Pop (regular and Diet)

There will be no bar this time as before the May event we had requests for alcohol to be served, so we organised a bar and to be honest did not sell enough cans even to cover the temporary licence that we had to apply for, nor the cans. So we were well out of pocket on that one, which RCM can't afford to be. We need to at least cover our cost and any extra is a bonus to the cause.

Thanks for adding the Chocolate Muffins  :)

I will also buy a few for later consumption at home (if there is not over-demand) :D

I don't own it, but it is a real book.

Apparently it is good to leave lying around when you have friends over for dinner :D
