22:14 - found the quit button on Mafia II just in time to top up brew before Mongrels starts.

Akbars is damn good food Karl.  Been there a few times.  Next visit planned for end of January.

09:27 - Been playing with my new Yaesu FT-847 HF/VHF/UHF radio more than the retro stuff recently. Great little radio - and interfaces nicely to my PC for digital modes.

Will hook it up to one of my old computers at some point - some software is available on the BBC :)

11:34 Hehe..not realising, just plugged an uplink network cable into a desktop wireless AP that already has an uplink cable attached and next minute i kill the entire companies network with a broadcast storm. Shhh, don't tell anyone ;D

20:47 - 1.5TB inside NAS box.  Copying stuff from laptop and media centre onto it first.  Think I'll leave the copying from the main PC upstairs until I'm ready for bed as that'll take all night :)

21:02 - started copying the photos from the main 'dumping ground' PC onto the NAS drive.  Only done a few selections from 2010 .. 2.5 hours to copy 4Gb+ of photos ..

I think this is going to take a few days on/off to complete the whole photos section.  *Then* there's the MP3 collection .. good job it's a 1.5TB drive.
