The technical explanation about the changes to the molecular structure of the CPU sound dubious.

I am working on a design for a low temperature transistor combination for logic though - it should prevent the thermal effect they're trying (very badly) to describe.

Either the article or the picture accompanying it are ancient ..

It's an American paper judging by the spelling but just as hysterial / hilarious as any IT 'news' article would be in the Daily Sport/Sun/Mail/We haven't got a clue but we'll just get the clueless and easily scared worked up :)
