Under Defeat on the Dreamcast looked absolutely class

Was this the fantastic looking side scroll shooter? If so = next buy for my DC.
Not 100% sure but I think Under Defeat is a vertical scroller. The horizontal one was Border Down I believe...

If you're thinking of buying either game you better be prepared to take out a second mortgage! ;)

Yep, Under Defeat was the vertical scrolling Helicopter shooter (the one with the napalm bombs), also I had Zero Gunner 2 running which is another vertical scrolling helicopter shooter. The sideways scroller was Border Down.

I got Under Defeat a week before the event for a measly £20.00 (no manual), waited ages for one as they normally go for £80.00+, Border Down is even worse, no change from £150.00 for that!

They are both Japanese only so require a Bootloader disk such as Utopia.

The game I want for the next event is Power Stone 2 a fun multiplayer  ;D

I have that (and the first one) and it is great fun... Not too expensive either in general! :)

Favourite machine? Ooo.. thats a hard one....

Trouble is, I'm fascinated by any old technology running and working its balls off to impress :)

It has to be said though, that little Astro Wars game did make me smile... one of the first computer games I owned that.... until it mysteriously stopped working one day :(

Otherwise, I'd have to say the VIC-20 running Robotic Liberation was a highlight :)

AstroWars has to be one of my all time favorites, remeber getting a brand new one for xmas ....

Got 4 of my own , 1 x White Label one (the one most people know) and 3 of the rarer Red Label ones, only difference is the words AstorWars is written in red as against white.
